IT Service Desk increases phone support offering

The IT Service Desk is increasing its phone support opening hours. 

As of Tuesday 4th January 2022, calls to our IT Service Desk - on 0151 794 4567 - will be answered by our Service Desk staff between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

This move allows us to provide staff and students with a greater level of access to our technical teams and their expertise. 

Please note: Calls made after hours and at weekends - as well as during the Christmas period - will be answered by our third party provider.
